1Acceptance and scope
What this Agreement is
This User Agreement is an agreement between you and FizzlyCode LLC (brand ccrelay, "we"). It sets out, in a more readable form, your rights and responsibilities as an individual user of ccrelay. We provide AI tooling and environment services to subsidiaries, employees and contracted clients, including a stable and compliant environment for using Claude, a dedicated static residential broadband egress and customer support.
Relationship to the other documents
This Agreement complements the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Usage Policy, and should be read together with them. Of these, the Terms of Service are the fuller legal terms; this Agreement is meant to help you understand the essentials, not to replace them.
Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service are inconsistent on the same matter, the Terms of Service prevail. The fuller rules on refunds, limitation of liability, governing law and the like are governed by the Terms of Service.
2Accounts and eligibility
Accurate information
When registering, you must provide true, accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date as it changes. You must not impersonate anyone else or supply false details.
Credential security
You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your sign-in credentials safe. Do not disclose, lend, transfer or share your account or credentials with anyone. If you find that your account has been misused or that some other security risk exists, please notify us as soon as possible through the in-product channels, such as the console.
Age and capacity
You must have reached the age of majority where you live and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not, please do not register for or use the Service.
3Compliant use
Compliance requirements
We help you use Claude stably and compliantly and lower the risk of account controls. To receive that help, you must observe the compliance requirements in the Usage Policy, which include:
- One person per account, no sharing: the account is for your own use only and must not be used by several people, lent, transferred or resold.
- No unlawful use: the Service must not be used for any unlawful, infringing or abusive purpose.
- No working around usage limits: you must not bypass or circumvent the Service's usage limits and protective measures.
Observing the compliance requirements above is the condition for receiving cover. The full "covered / not covered" boundary is set out in the Usage Policy. Consequences arising from a breach of the compliance requirements fall outside our cover.
Lawful and proper use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing or abusive purpose. Sharing an account, lending or transferring it, or working around the account management rules in any similar way, is prohibited and falls outside the cover and assistance we provide.
4Usage environment and plans
Plans and the usage environment
Under the plan you choose, we set up a dedicated static residential broadband egress for you along with the corresponding AI tooling and environment services. Your usage environment and your account are for your own exclusive use; please do not share them with anyone.
Cleaning up before changing person or device
Before changing the device or network environment you use, first clear the leftover connection configuration and cache on the old one, so that an old and a new environment cannot collide and trigger risk controls. The steps for setting up and cleaning up are in the setup guide; for more on what the Service consists of, see Services.
5Fees and renewal
Plans and subscriptions
The Service is charged on a plan / subscription basis. Actual prices are as confirmed on enquiry; we do not fix any amount on this page. Renewal rules, when they take effect and what happens at expiry follow the description of the plan you choose.
Refunds
For the scope of refunds, how they are made and the review requirements, see the refund clause in the Terms of Service. Fees arising from a restriction, suspension or termination caused by a breach of this Agreement or the Usage Policy may not be refunded.
6Cover and its limits
Assistance where you use the Service compliantly
Provided that you observe the compliance requirements and use Claude compliantly, we will give you assistance and help investigate within a reasonable scope if a problem related to the Service arises.
What is not covered
Problems caused by your breach of the Usage Policy, by improper operation, or by force majeure, changes to the upstream claude.ai service, changes at the relevant third-party service providers or other causes beyond our reasonable control are not covered. The full boundary of cover is as set out in the "covered / not covered" section of the Usage Policy.
7Suspension and termination
If you breach this Agreement, the Terms of Service or the Usage Policy, or if we reasonably consider that your use poses a risk to the Service, to other users or to the upstream service, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to your account and to the Service.
Where circumstances allow, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you the reason for a suspension or termination beforehand or at the same time. You may also stop using the Service, or not renew it, to end the Service in line with the description of the plan you chose.
