1Scope
This Policy applies to the personal information we collect and process when you visit and use our website and console, and our AI tooling and environment services for subsidiaries, employees and contracted clients, which include a stable and compliant environment for using Claude, a dedicated static residential broadband egress and customer support (together, the "Service").
This Policy forms part of the agreement between you and us, together with the Terms of Service, the User Agreement and the Usage Policy.
Availability of the Service depends on the upstream claude.ai service and the relevant third-party service providers. Those third parties have their own privacy policies for the data each of them collects; this Policy does not cover third-party processing that we do not control.
2Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account registration information: the email address, username and sign-in credentials you provide when registering or signing in (passwords are stored as salted hashes; we do not keep them in clear text).
- Billing information: the order records, plan type, billing cycle and payment status generated when you buy a plan or subscription. Sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers are handled by the payment channel; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: what you submit when you contact us with an enquiry, feedback or complaint by email or through the console.
Information generated automatically as you use the Service
- Usage records and request metadata: your usage of the Service, together with request metadata such as request time, status code and size.
- Connection and egress information: the residential egress IP allocated to you, connection establishment time, session duration and other necessary connection and technical information.
- Device and browser technical information: the source IP you connect from, browser and operating system type, User-Agent and similar technical identifiers.
- Cookies and local storage: the cookies and browser local storage entries used to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences; see section 6.
The usage records and the necessary connection and technical information above are used mainly to set up and maintain the Service, to troubleshoot and for account risk control — helping you use Claude stably and compliantly and lowering the risk of account controls. They are not used to track what you do on the network outside the Service.
3How we use information
We process your personal information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining the Service: creating and maintaining your account and providing you with AI tooling and environment services, including a stable and compliant environment for using Claude and a dedicated static residential broadband egress.
- Setting up plans and usage environments: setting up and binding the dedicated static residential broadband egress and the dedicated usage environment under the plan you choose, and checking the "one person per account, exclusive and not shared" boundary.
- Account risk control and security: identifying unusual sign-ins, abuse and breaches of the Usage Policy, and protecting account and service security.
- Billing and reconciliation: handling plan / subscription purchases, renewals and refunds, and carrying out usage accounting and reconciliation.
- Customer support: responding to your enquiries, feedback and complaints, and sending you the notices you need about the Service.
- Meeting legal obligations: complying with applicable laws and regulations and cooperating with lawful and valid law-enforcement or judicial requests.
We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to those above; if we need to use it for a new purpose, we will seek your consent separately or give you separate notice as the law requires.
4Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum information needed to deliver the Service with the necessary third parties only in the following situations:
- The upstream claude.ai service: the inputs you submit to Claude reach the upstream claude.ai service, and the corresponding requests and the necessary connection information reach that upstream service.
- Relevant third-party suppliers: to deliver the Service to you reliably, some necessary information may be processed by the relevant third-party suppliers, including the supplier of the residential broadband line.
- Payment channels: to complete billing and refunds, order and payment status information is processed by the relevant payment channel.
- Disclosure required by law: we may disclose relevant information where applicable law requires it, or where it is necessary to respond to lawful and valid law-enforcement or judicial process.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for profit. Other than in the situations listed in this section, we do not give your personal information to unrelated third parties.
5Input and output data
"Input and output" here means the inputs you submit to Claude and the outputs Claude returns. We process that data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, to keep it secure and to complete billing.
What we provide is AI tooling and environment services, including a stable and compliant environment for using Claude and a dedicated static residential broadband egress; we are not the official provider of Claude or an affiliate of it. We do not train any model, we do not use your inputs and outputs for training or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service, and we do not put them to any secondary use.
The inputs you submit to Claude ultimately reach the upstream claude.ai service, so please judge the content carefully and do not submit highly sensitive personal information you do not need to in a conversation (identity document numbers, bank card PINs, biometric or health data and the like). For content you choose to submit, the associated risk is yours to assess and bear.
6Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember basic preferences and keep sessions secure. Most of them are necessary to provide the Service; if you disable them in your browser settings, some functions (staying signed in, for example) may not work properly.
We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural tracking in order to serve targeted advertising.
7Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, and delete or anonymise it once that period ends:
- Account and billing information: kept while your account exists; after your account is closed, the necessary records are kept for the shortest period required by applicable law (for tax, reconciliation and similar purposes) and are deleted or anonymised once that period ends.
- Connection / session logs and request metadata: kept only for the shorter period needed for troubleshooting, security and billing, and cleared on schedule once that period ends.
Where required by law or needed for handling a dispute or a security investigation, we may extend the retention period for the relevant data to the extent necessary.
8Data security
We take technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, salted hashing of sign-in credentials, least-privilege access and audit logging of operations.
Although we do our best to protect your information, transmission over the internet and electronic storage cannot be made absolutely secure. Please keep your sign-in credentials safe and avoid sharing your account with anyone; if you notice anything unusual about your account, contact us promptly.
9Your rights
To the extent applicable law allows (for example the rights granted by the data protection laws of some jurisdictions), you may hold the following rights over your personal information:
- Access: to know what personal information relating to you we process.
- Correction: to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: to ask us to delete your personal information where the law allows.
- Export: to obtain a copy, in a structured and commonly used format, of the personal information you gave us.
- Withdrawal of consent: where we process information on the basis of your consent, to withdraw that consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it).
You can make these requests to us through the in-product channels, such as the console. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires within a reasonable period. If you believe our processing does not comply with applicable law, you also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
10Cross-border transfers
Our operating entity, FizzlyCode LLC, is located in the United States. Because the Service depends on the upstream claude.ai service and the relevant third-party suppliers (including the supplier of the residential broadband line), some of your personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries or regions, which means a cross-border transfer takes place.
When making such a transfer, we will take appropriate safeguards to the extent applicable law requires, so that your personal information continues to receive the level of protection described in this Policy.
11Minors
Our Service is aimed at adults and is not aimed at minors; we do not knowingly collect minors' personal information. If we learn that we have collected a minor's information without valid guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, please tell us using the contact details in section 13.
12Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, in technology or in legal requirements. The updated Policy will be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Where a change is material, we will give separate notice by reasonable means such as the console or email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect is taken as acceptance of the updated Policy.
13Contact us
If you have any question, comment or request about this Policy or about how we handle personal information, you can contact the operating entity FizzlyCode LLC (brand ccrelay) through the in-product channels, such as the console at /__funclaude/admin/.
You can also read Services, the setup guide and the Usage Policy to understand the scope and the limits of the Service.
